Olivia Dashwood, author of erotic historical romance, has made corsets following an original 19th century pattern; designed, draped, and constructed innumerable costumes; and hemmed the trousers of some very august persons. (She’ll never tell secrets from the dressing room!)

But after years in front of the curtain and behind the scenes in theatre and dance, Olivia has settled into a quiet routine of writing morning pages and making the occasional baby quilt.

When not behind her computer screen, Olivia enjoys many of the same hobbies her heroines enjoy: embroidery, reading, and being absolutely scandalous.
